退款政策

簡介

我們TL3 Limited在香港擁有並經營一項名為CLICKnWASH(“CLICKnWASH”)的電腦洗車服務。我們為 “CLICKnWASH” 的用戶提供同名的流動應用程式(“程式”),以預約和支付我們的電腦洗車服務和/或其他產品、管理洗車預約,並在 “程式” 上管理帳戶相關的設置和偏好。

所有 “CLICKnWASH” 洗車服務和/或產品的付款必須通過 “程式” ,並以Visa、Mastercard、Apple Pay、Android Pay或PayPal進行。在確認 “程式” 的訂單前,請確保所有的細節都是正確。一旦您的 “CLICKnWASH” 預約被確認並成功付款,此後發現的交易金額糾紛將不予處理。

您須了解並同意,一旦付款成功,您的預約便不能被取消。您也須清楚並同意,已支付的預約時段,不能由已經預約的車牌號碼轉移到另外的車牌號碼的車輛,即使您是車輛的擁有者。

可以退款的情況

如果出現以下情況,並且您沒有關閉 “程式” 上的通知功能,則會收到來自 “程式” 的推送通知和通知信息,以通知您預約已被取消。

惡劣天氣 – 當八號或以上颱風訊號及黑色暴雨警告訊號生效時。

道路堵塞或無法進入 – 通往我們店舖的道路受到堵塞導致車輛無法駛入

洗車機進行維修或不能運作 – 當您的預約時間恰好在定期或不定期的維修期內,或我們的機器由於任何原因而無法運行時。

我們的客戶服務部門將通過電話或其他方式與您聯絡,重新安排您的預約,如果無法重新安排預約,我們將全額退款。

退款方法

如果使用信用卡付款,款項將退回預約時所提供的信用卡賬戶;如果在支付網關付款的情況下,將退回該賬戶。

不可以退款的情況

一般來說,如果是客戶的誤失,將不會退款。我們不會對您或任何人承擔不是我們責任的錯誤,包括但不限於:

  • 您在預約時錯誤地輸入了車牌號碼。
  • 已預約的車輛沒有在預約時段出現。
  • 已預約的車輛遲到多於10分鐘。
  • 交通堵塞、迷路或遇到任何其他情況而導致延遲或錯過預約時段。

修訂

我們保留隨時修改、更改或更新本政策的權利,而不作另行通知。透過繼續使用 “程式” ,即構成您承認和接受本政策及其修改。

REFUND POLICY

INTRODUCTION

We, TL3 Limited, own and operate an automated car wash service called CLICKnWASH (“CLICKnWASH”) in Hong Kong. We provide users of CLICKnWASH a mobile application of the same name (“the App”) to reserve and pay for our automated car wash services and/or other products, manage car wash bookings, and manage account-related settings and preferences on the App.

All payments for CLICKnWASH car wash services and/or products must be made through the App, by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Android Pay or PayPal. Prior to confirming the booking order on the App, please ensure all details are correct. Any disputes in the transaction amount discovered thereafter will not be processed or handled. Once payment is successfully processed, your CLICKnWASH booking is confirmed.

You understand and agree that, once payment has been made, booking orders cannot be cancelled. You also acknowledge and agree that, the booking made under one vehicle license plate number (“VLPN”) cannot be transferred to another vehicle with a different VLPN for the purpose of taking up the booked and paid time slot, even if you are the owner of the other vehicle.

SITUATIONS WHERE REFUNDS CAN BE MADE

If the following situations should happen, and if you have not turned off the app notification function on your mobile device, you will receive push notifications and notification messages from the App, advising you that your booking has been cancelled.

Bad Weather – When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force.

Road Blockage or Inaccessible – When the road leading to our shop is blocked and not accessible to vehicles.

Car Wash Machine Under Maintenance or Cannot Be Operated – When your advanced booking time slot happens to fall within a scheduled or unscheduled maintenance or repair period, or when our machine cannot be operated for whatever reasons.

Our Customer Service Department will contact you, by phone or other means, to either reschedule your booking, or arrange for a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

REFUND METHOD

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase; and in case of payment gateway name payments, refund will be made to the same account.

SITUATIONS WHERE REFUNDS CANNOT BE MADE

In general, if it is the failing of the customers, refund cannot be made. We shall not be liable to you or to anyone under circumstances that are not our faults or errors, including but not limited to:

  • You have entered the vehicle license plate number incorrectly during booking.
  • The vehicle that booked for service does not show up for the reserved and paid Booking Time Slot.
  • The vehicle that booked for service is more than 10 minutes late for the reserved and paid Booking Time Slot.
  • Driver of the vehicle that booked for service is jammed in traffic, lost in direction, or caught up in any other situations resulting in being late for or missing the Booking Time Slot.

AMENDMENT

We reserve the right to modify, alter, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the App following such amendments constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the policy and its modifications.

LANGUAGES

Should there be any differences or inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
