私隱政策
簡介
本私隱政策（“政策”）解釋了我們 TL3 Limited 如何通過我們的CLICKnWASH流動應用程式（“程式”）收集、使用和處理您通過CLICKnWASH電腦洗車服務提供給我們的個人信息。我們承諾遵守《個人資料（私隱）條例》下有關管理個人資料的規定，保障我們所持有的個人資料的私隱、保密性及安全。我們同樣承諾確保我們所有僱員、業務合作夥伴及代理堅守這些責任。
透過向我們提供您的個人資料，即表示您同意本政策以及本政策中所描述的收集、使用、存取、保留、披露和處理您的個人資料。
收集個人資料的類型
為了向您提供我們的服務，我們需要收集您部分或全部以下資料。
強制性資料：
您的手機號碼及已預約我們服務的車輛牌照號碼。
可選資料：
您的姓名、電子郵件地址、捐款收據的姓名和郵寄地址。
交易資料：
您的訂單，包括訂購的服務和/或產品、訂單的日期和時間、付款金額、優惠碼以及其他交易細節，如付款方式。
用法和偏好資料：
有關您如何與我們的服務互動的資料，例如您的應用程式偏好、設置、使用數據以及您對我們服務/產品的意見。
COOKIES和第三方技術

- 進行營銷活動和推廣活動，包括但不只限於，營銷活動分析、推廣優惠分析、新功能測試、處理比賽或抽獎活動，以及履行我們或代表我們進行的任何獎賞。
- 使用優惠碼與我們的業務合作夥伴進行聯合促銷。
- 個人化和改進我們的服務，其中可能包括但不只限於，記住您的偏好、提供或推薦內容、產品、社交關係和推薦。
- 在法律允許或要求、或在您同意、或為需要滿足法例的情況下，以其他的方式使用。
除非法律有所要求，否則未得您事先同意，我們將不會以與上述目的無關的方式使用或分享您的個人資料。

除本文所述外，我們不允許將個人身份識別資料出售或轉移給任何第三方。
保留和刪除個人資料
除非您以書面要求我們從我們的資料庫清除您的個人資料或終止您的帳戶，否則個人資料將只會就使用資料以實現之目的（包括任何直接相關目的）或適用法律要求而言屬必要之合理時間內保存。
數據安全
我們承諾維護所執行的在線付款的安全以及您提供的個人資料。我們使用第三方付款關口服務供應商來處理程式上的所有付款交易。所有敏感的付款資料，如信用卡號碼、有效期限和信用卡安全代碼，均直接由第三方付款關口服務供應商使用加密科技處理。我們並不收集或存儲這些敏感資料在我們的數據庫中。程式的安全還取決於您保持您的帳戶密碼的機密，切勿與任何人分享您的帳戶密碼。您提供給我們的個人資料只能由我們的授權人員或代理人查閱，我們將確保我們的授權人員或代理商遵守最嚴格的安全和保密標準。為了防止未經授權的查閱或意外的破壞，我們安裝了物理和電子屏障來保護我們收集的資料，並有程序定期監控這些安全措施。儘管我們盡最大努力保護我們收集的個人資料，但我們不能保證任何此類資料不會受到黑客攻擊、干擾或濫用，如果發生此類事件，我們將不承擔對該等事故導致的任何損失或破壞的責任。

我們可能不時審查和更新本政策。在當前版本的“程式”上是本政策的最新版。最新版本的政策將取代所有以前的版本。如在此等更新後使用本“程式”，即構成您接受當時有效的更新政策。
語言
如本政策的英文版本與中文版本之間有任何不一致之處，應以英文版本為準。

PRIVACY POLICY
INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we, TL3 Limited, collect, use and handle the personal information that you provide to us when you use our CLICKnWASH automated car wash services through our CLICKnWASH Mobile Application (“App”). We are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of the personal information we hold by complying with the requirements of Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance with respect to the management of personal information. We are equally committed to ensuring that all our employees, business partners, and agents uphold these obligations.
By providing your personal information to us, you are consenting to this Policy and the collection, use, access, retention, disclosure and processing of your personal information as described in this Policy.
TYPES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
In order to provide you with our services, we may need to collect some or all the following information from you.
Mandatory information:
Your mobile phone number, license plate number(s) of vehicle(s) booked for our service.
Optional information:
Your name, your email address, name and mailing address of donation receipt.
Transaction information:
Your order, including services and/or products ordered, date and time the order was placed, payment amount, promotional codes, and other transactional details such as payment method.
Usage and preference information:
Information on how you interact with our services, such as your app preferences, settings, usage data, and your comments about our services/products.
COOKIES AND THIRD PARTY TECHNOLOGIES
Cookies are a small data file placed in the App for record-keeping purposes. Cookies allow the App to remember information about you. Cookies, by themselves, do not tell us personally-identifiable information about you unless you choose to provide such information to us. We use cookies to understand usage and remember your preferences for the purpose of providing our services and enhancing your user experience of the App. We may collect technical information from your mobile device or from your use of our services through the mobile device, such as location data, certain characteristics and performance data of your mobile device, carrier or operating system including device and connection type, and IP address. You can choose not to accept cookies on your mobile device, but if you do so, certain features or functionality of the App may not be available.
USE OF COLLECTED PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may use or disclose your personal information in order to:
- Process your application, sign up for a new account and manager your account on the App.
- Provide, maintain, and update our services, which may include, but not limited to, processing and/or confirming your order, processing payment, sending transaction receipts, booking reminders, news, promotions and updates about our services if you have consented to receive the same, and contacting you about booking cancellations, rescheduling, donation follow-ups and other enquiries, via mobile app push messages and notifications, SMS, telephone calls or email.
- Facilitate the prevention of fraud and abuse of our services, the troubleshooting of software bugs, and the protection of information.
- Conduct usage analyses, data analyses, market research, promotional offer tests, and customer surveys.
- Conduct marketing and promotional activities, which may include, but not limited to, marketing activity analysis, promotional offer analysis, new feature testing, processing contest or sweepstakes, and fulfilling any awards conducted by us or on our behalf.
- Facilitate the use of promotional codes and the execution of joint-promotions with our business partners.
- Personalize and improve our services, which may include, but not limited to, remembering your preferences, providing or recommending content, products, social connections, and referrals.
- Use it in other ways as permitted or required by law, or with your consent, or to satisfy regulatory requirements.
We will not use or share your personal information in ways unrelated to the purposes aforementioned without your prior consent, unless required to do so by law.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We may disclose and transfer your personal information to our associated companies, employees, officers, business partners, service providers, and other persons whom we have determined appropriate or necessary in order to provide our services to you. These parties may include, but not limited to, technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies, marketing or communication agencies, and third-party payment gateway service providers.
We reserve the right to disclose any personal information we have collected from you if we are required to do so by law or by a governmental entity, or when we find it necessary to do so in order to protect our rights or property. We also reserve the right to retain information collected and to process such information to comply with accounting and tax rules and regulations.
Except as described herein, we do not permit the sale or transfer of personally identifiable information to any third parties.
INFORMATION RETENTION AND DELETION
Your personal information will only be retained for a reasonable period of time that is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the information was to be used or as required by applicable law, or until you request in writing to erase your personal information from our database.
DATA SECURITY
We are committed to safeguard the security of online payment performed and the personal information you provided. We use a third-party payment gateway service provider to facilitate all payment transactions on the App. All sensitive payment information, such as credit card number, expiry date, and credit card security code, is processed directly by the third-party payment gateway service provider using socket layer technology. We do not collect or store such information on our database. The security of the App also depends on you keeping your account password confidential. Never share your account password with anyone. The personal information you provided to us is only accessible by our authorized personnel or agents. We will ensure compliance by our authorized personnel or agents with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality. To prevent unauthorized access or accidental destruction, we have installed physical and electronic barriers to protect the information we collect and have procedures to monitor such security measures periodically. While we would work to the best of our efforts to protect the personal information we collect, we cannot guarantee that any such information will not be subject to hacking, interference or abuse and, if such incidents should happen, we shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever as a result.
ACCESS RIGHT
You have the right to request access to and correction of information held by us about you. If you wish to access or correct your personal information, please contact us by email at cs@clicknwash.hk. We only accept requests in writing. When you email us, please specify the type of enquiry, your full name, mobile phone number, email address and vehicle license plate number(s) so that we can verify your identity.

Any enquiries regarding personal data privacy policy and practice may be addressed to our Customer Service Department via email at cs@clicknwash.hk.
CHANGES TO THE POLICY
We may review and update the Policy from time to time. The version appearing on the current version of the App is the most up-to-date version of the Policy. The most current version of the Policy will supersede all previous versions. Use of the App following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy then in effect.
LANGUAGES
Should there be any differences or inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions of the Policy, the English version shall prevail.
